We designed this smocked bodice with plenty of stretch to accommodate varying bust sizes and breastfeeding. Made with magical touches like puff sleeves, subtle square neckline that doesn't sacrifice coverage, a tiered midi-length skirt, and attached lining.

I have this dress in both dark and light blue. One for day and one for night events. A fun light elegant semi-formal wear. Come on, you can’t beat a starry night. Absolutely capturing.

I love this dress! I hope they make more touched top dresses in this length. These styles are my favorite, as they fit my larger chest & smaller lower half. They are very forgiving & extremely comfortable. I wore this dress on formal night on a business cruise. Great quality! I'm replacing my dresses slowly w Ivy City dresses. I get tons of compliments each time I wear one of their dresses! I have this dress in white, burgundy & navy.
